As a Monizze partner, what benefits do my clients have?

I want to grant Monizze meal vouchers to my employees. How can I become a client?

How do I add or remove additional terminals?

If you wish to add or remove a terminal, please send an email to shop@monizze.be with below details:  

Your VAT number and/or affiliation number 
The new terminal id (TID – it consists of 8 characters)

Note: Is the terminal located at a different address? Then go to “How do I add an additional point of sale?”.

What do I need to do to accept Monizze through my payment terminal(s)?

If the products and/or services in your offer qualify for payment by meal vouchers, eco vouchers, gift vouchers or the purchasing power premium, follow the procedure to accept Monizze offline or online. Completing the form only takes 5 minutes. 

How do I log in to my client area?

You log in to your Monizze client area using your username (email address) and password that you received when you started at Monizze.

If you have forgotten your password, you can set a new one using the “Forgot password” button.
If you have forgotten your e-mail address, you can contact one of our experts via this contact form.
