How do I reissue my vouchers through the Monizze app?
- Open your Monizze app
- Go to the Hub and click on “Reactivation”
- Select an expired transaction you wish to reactivate
- Click “Reactivate” and done!
I requested a reissuing of my meal vouchers the day after they expired. How do I calculate the new validity?
We will inform you of your new validity date as soon as the reissuing is effective. To calculate your new validity date, here is an example:
€13 in eco vouchers: expiry date 30 January 2023
Reissuing request submitted on 13 February 2023
Reissuing request processed on 15 February 2023
€13 in eco vouchers recharged to your account with a new validity date of 15 May 2023
In any case, the reissuing date of your vouchers will be visible in your Monizze mobile application or your MyMonizze.

I have applied for reissuing. When does the new validity start?
The reissuing request will be processed within 10 working days. You will be informed as soon as the reissuing is effective. You will see the balance of your vouchers again on your Monizze mobile application or your MyMonizze.
If I have vouchers that expired on 15 September 2022 and it is 14 December 2022, can I reissue them?
Yes. You can reissue your vouchers up to 3 months after their expiry date. After the expiry of the 3-month period, reactivation is no longer possible.
I have not been able to use the vouchers for which I had already applied for 3 months of reissuing. Can I apply for a second reissuing?
No. A voucher that has already been reissued cannot be reissued a second time.
Can I request an extension for my vouchers that are about to expire?
No. Reissuing requests can only be made for vouchers that have already expired.
Until when can I apply to reissue my expired vouchers?
You can reissue your vouchers up to 3 months after their expiry date.
