I forgot my username, how can I retrieve it?
- Open your Monizze app and click on “Username forgotten?”
- You can retrieve it using your Monizze card number or national register number.
- Click on “Confirm” and you’ll receive your login info on the next screen. Note that you can’t modify your login info on that screen. You can only modify your details via the Hub once logged in.
How to access the Activ' platform?
Our Activ’ platform is accessible via your Monizze app or your MyMonizze account. Log in and click on the blue Activ button.

How can I change my login details?
You change your login details (e-mail address and/or mobile phone number) via your MyMonizze account, under the “Profile” tab.
How can I change my password?
You change your password via your MyMonizze account, under the “Profile” tab.
How can I request a new password?
Have you forgotten your password? Click on “Forgot password” when you want to log in to your Monizze account via the mobile application or the Monizze website. Choose one of the options below to set a new password:
- Via your e-mail address
- Via your mobile phone number
You will receive a link or a code via email or SMS to reset your new password.
How can I log in to my Monizze account and the Monizze app?
Logging into your personal account via the Monizze website or the Monizze app is very easy:
- Go to your Monizze account or open the Monizze app.
- Enter the email address or mobile phone number you used to activate your Monizze card. Have you forgotten your username? Then follow these instructions.
- Enter your personal password. Have you forgotten your password? Then follow these instructions.
